My name is Alex Kiehnau (she/her) and I am currently an Interdisciplinary Studies in the Humanities Major at the University of New England. I am also pursuing a minor in Writing and in Marine Biology with an expected graduation date of May 2023. Recently, I was recognized by the UNE’s Creative Writing Club during the Spring Writing Contest. While I focus primarily on various creative fiction projects, I have also created multiple artist books based on short stories, poems, and letters, one of which is currently on display in the Marcil Hall exhibit, “Health, Gender, and Identity: Artist’s Books and Zines from ENG 310”.
